Natural Out Come Mediation & Family Counseling, LLC. Jeremiah J. Fitzpatrick, MSW, BSW, CWEL, and M.A.T. post saw the need for mediation and Co-Parenting help. That meets the parents' many requirements and the child's best interest above all other matters. He specializes in working with individuals, men, women, and families. Jeremiah and the staff have over 25 years of experience working with various families' concerns. He truly fights for a child's right to be parented by both parents.

Welcome
I am the husband of over 20 years with extensive parenting and co-parenting experience. And two college degrees with specific focus areas on individuals, child welfare, and families using the psychosocial development theory. Furthermore, it has given me a unique skill set for recognizing people in need and for seeing things others overlook. I have built a Natural connection with clients over time. This has inspired me to work in many roles over the past three decades, from entrepreneur and peer facilitator in middle and high schools and case manager in county and state government agencies, to finally, and most fulfilling, calling... "Clinical Social Worker (Forensic). I sit at the critical intersection of behavioral health and the legal system. While acting as an impartial consultant and mediator."

Upon graduating from Aurora University, social work focuses on child & welfare and human development. And Master's in clinical social work with a focus specialization in forensics (law, legal system, and mediation) with extensive volunteer, intern, and work experience representing families, groups, and children at the city, county, and state government level.
